The Facilities Engineering Division administers grant and loan programs for municipal pollution control and water supply construction projects. The division also performs financial audit functions for these projects.

This work is done under the authority of the Environmental Protection Rules Chapter 2 - State of Vermont Municipal Pollution Control Priority System:

Annual (State FY) Municipal Pollution Control Projects Priority List - The Pollution Control Projects Priority List indicates those projects the Department anticipates will be receiving state or federal funding through the end of state fiscal year. This listing presents those projects potentially fundable from grant programs or the revolving loan program over the next five state fiscal years, and is based on anticipated federal and state appropriations.

Annual (Federal FY) Clean Water Intended Use Plan - The Clean Water Intended Use Plan sets forth how the federal fiscal year Clean Water Capitalization Grant for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) will be used.
