On the Anniversary of Tropical Storm Irene

The High Meadows Fund, working with the New England Conservation Law Foundation and the Connecticut River Watershed Council produced two videos narrated by former Vermont Governor Howard Dean, highlighting some of the success stories of Irene. Vermont Agency of Natural Resources staff are featured in these videos.
